Amazing staff and owner, they were super helpful with my phone repair. I went island hopping and got sand and salt water into my charging port and wasn’t able to charge it and she fixed it right up and was also very funny. Will definitely go back if I have any more phone issues.
LA and Kay have been absolutely helpful with replacing the LCD screen on my phone given that it's an old Samsung model. There was an immediate explanation of turn-around-time regarding the repair/replacement procedure ranging from sourcing the LCD screen to the timeline of repair and replacement. They immediately set expectations with what could happen post-repair given the damaged my phone endured from unruly tourists in town. Everything was well-taken care of and the establishment is incredibly professional with their work.
I went here to charge my phone , but after charging I noticed my power button was softer and the stickers on the screw drivers was peeled off so I checked and saw that my model number started with letter N which means it was been replaced with another thing. They told me they never had any experience like this but after checking the reviews on google there were some people who complained about stolen parts on their phone. So i told them they were not honest and suddenly the girl became hysterical saying non sense things about her growing up being a princess and now she is a billionaire so she will never do such things. They said they have cctv all over their place even there home , but the place where they put my phone there were no camera. I went to the police to file a complaint because the woman there shouted at me to just go to the police and complain she will even go with me . When we were on the way there she became hysterical and just keeps on shouting. Very unprofessional people AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE , but if you have no choice make sure to take pictures of your phones before leaving it. Update, I just noticed again that my phone screen now is loose so now I’m 100% sure that they opened it and changed something.
The service we received here was just INCREDIBLE! We were literally hours trying to sort a gmail issue with Trina. She had so much patience, was super helpful and so pleasant to deal with throughout. All the while she was dealing with many other customers who came into the shop. A truly SUPER service. All staff were helpful and nice, but we owe Trina a very special shout out and THANK YOU!
Brought my phone in with a battery charge issue. LA did the assessment by dismantling my phone and determined a new battery was needed which I trusted and bought a replacement (which LA installed and put my phone back together). 3 days after (I had left El Nido by this point) my phone started acting up again and would not charge at all. Brought it to another phone repair shop in Malaysia who said it was a battery issue and needed replacement. That the battery was low quality and not useable. Plus, when you shook the phone there was clearly a loose part inside. I had to pay for another battery on the spot, just 2 days after I bought one from El Nido Phone Clinic. EDIT March 20: After the company’s reply below, I contacted them via email and they offered a full refund via PayPal to make it right and did not require me to internationally ship to return the phone battery I purchased. I’m glad they worked to solve this amicably. While I won’t get the time back I had to solve this issue twice with two phone clinics, I am glad El Nido Phone Clinic honored their return policy even after a customer has left El Nido.
