We had a lovely stay here! The staff were very caring and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The free transport to the town centre was a great perk and seemed to always be available during our stay. The views were amazing and truly breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the location. The rooms were a bit hilly, which made getting around a bit challenging, but they provide a free service to drive you up and down to your room, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we'd definitely recommend it!

Amazing stay at the pyramid. The experience was exceptional as service as facilities. Be aware that you have to warn them to clean and tidy the room. It’s excellent idea to be communicated on WhatsApp. Also they have a free transport to the downtown which is very useful, specially to get down the cliff. A great alternative to visit El Nido without surrounded by nature.

The location of the villas was really great! Also, the design of the rooms was stunning. I think in that way of hospitality and the prices of villas, the staff have to be very trained with the services. Firstly, It is necessary the security person should talk English. Secondly, the food needs a little effort to upgrade it and the service staff should have professional level that suits in these villas.

I took a chance on this place on Google and was not disappointed. I first contacted the hotel through their WhatsApp and figured out that their housing would suit my family. After staying at one of the Island resorts, we wanted to see what it would be like on the mainland nearer town. Check-In was very easy and I was able to talk to the front desk through WhatsApp as well. There is a little bit of construction going on in the sight in front of the hotel but Karuna helpfully provides a shuttle into town which negates any issues with entrance. The food at the restaurant was well priced and not an extortionist racket. The staff was friendly, the music they picked was wonderful and varied and more importantly the food was high quality, fresh and local. They did a good job keeping our place clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen and microwave available. They warned that the water is not drinkable from the faucets or the shower, but helpfully provided a gigantic jug of water that they refilled daily. Next time we come back to El Nido I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. They also have some glamping options available at the top of the hill that we would consider.

Our family of four loved our stay at Karuna. You cannot beat the views. We stayed in Joglo 5, and loved waking up to a sensational view each morning. There was plenty of space in the room, with our two kids set up in separate bedding, which was really ideal (they don’t like sharing). Each morning we had breakfast overlooking the infinity pool and amazing scenery. We found the food and drinks reasonable - the two for one cocktails during happy hour went down well. The staff were lovely and friendly. While Karuna is set up high and the road isn’t particularly safe to walk up with kids, we never had any issue as there were free shuttles to and from the accommodation, and we never had to wait very long. This place will have a special place in our memories.
