If I could give negative stars I would. The worst airline in history. We arrived 90min before our flight and were told it was oversold. They moved us to one an hour later, the person behind us on the same flight was told by the next door agent that both flights were now over sold and because they hadn’t arrived 2hrs before their ticket was invalid and they’d have to rebook entirely. This is Asia’s scam airline, avoid at all costs.

Flight was cancelled, and they didn’t tell us until we arrived at the airport, no email, nothing. The new flight that was the next day was also delayed by over an hour. What a joke. Don’t fly this unreliable airline.

Our flight from el nido to Manila was delayed with 3hours and they let us know only 24h before departure. Hereby we weren't able to catch our international flight back home in Manila. The service on telephone was terrible. We only knew 1h before the office close at 5PM and after that it's all by yourself. Had to rebook another flight that was also delayed. No compensation on the additional costs whatsoever

If you like living on edge this airline is for you. They cancelled our flight from Boracay to El Nido 3 hours before the flight, leaving us to scramble to reroute to Puerto Princesa from Boracay to Manila with an additional 5 hour car ride to El Nido. Turning a 90 mins flight into a 10 hour trip. For the flight from El Nido to Manila they did a forced schedule change. When we arrived at the airport, we were told that we are not on the check-in list for the changed flight due to system error, even though I have a confirmation email sent from AirSwift saying we’re good to fly. The check-in lady told us all flights on that day was fully booked, and didn’t offer any alternative. We had to wait for no-shows at the airport. This airline made our trip a true nightmare. Be mentally prepared to be stranded or scrambling to rebook flights and a 5 hour car ride.

Was a very good flight. Actually left early and Clyde the cabin crew was friendly and baggage came off at Lio airport in about 5 minutes Can't really complain for what we paid.
