If you like living on edge this airline is for you. They cancelled our flight from Boracay to El Nido 3 hours before the flight, leaving us to scramble to reroute to Puerto Princesa from Boracay to Manila with an additional 5 hour car ride to El Nido. Turning a 90 mins flight into a 10 hour trip. For the flight from El Nido to Manila they did a forced schedule change. When we arrived at the airport, we were told that we are not on the check-in list for the changed flight due to system error, even though I have a confirmation email sent from AirSwift saying we’re good to fly. The check-in lady told us all flights on that day was fully booked, and didn’t offer any alternative. We had to wait for no-shows at the airport. This airline made our trip a true nightmare. Be mentally prepared to be stranded or scrambling to rebook flights and a 5 hour car ride.

Flights are always late. The last flight I had with them. The plane had maintenance issues so we're bumped to another even though it seemed like they were hand selecting people to let onto the flight. Then they pushed our flight back by hours because of weather problems. The last one was less their problem, but all the other issues are their problem.

Worst Filipino airline company. They delayed our flight by 6 hours without any communication at all. An entire full flight of passengers from El Nido to Manila got stranded missing their connecting flight back to Europe/ Australia/ North America. AirSwift employees actually ran away from us so they didn’t have to answer our questions, zero help on their behalf. Book w/ another more reliable airline.

Air service is okay. A little bit of a risk flying with these guys. Had my flight from El Nido to Manila cancelled because they said there was rain when there wasn't any. Customer service was terrible weren't very accommodating for the cancelled flight. Spent more money trying to rearrange my travel. Had to book a flight from Puerto Princessa which is 5 hours from El Nido and had to leave at 4 am in the morning to get to the airport. Long story short wouldn't fly with them unless you are a risk taker.

Flight was delayed for 4+ hours and airport didn't offer any meal or lounge except small juice and small muffin.
Place is very uncomfortable, stuffy and hot there. AC out of service.
There are no any notifications about delay and no tablo.
AirSwift have no any responsibility for connecting flights in Manila, so I had lost my flight to Indonesia and had to stay in Manila and buy another flight for overprice.
Thank you, AirSwift, your overbooking is great!
