Service was excellent! They staff packed us breakfast for our 5am trip! They are lovely so 5 star for that. The rooms look clean, but they have mosquitoes, cockroachs and lizards. Location is accessible but the road is still under construction.

Everything is Perfect! Staff is pleasant, friendly, very polite and helpful they exceeded my expectation by giving excellent customer service! Food is amazing too! Everything is worth it!

Worst hotel experience since ages. The place seems to have been created with love a long time ago and seems now to be run by a completely incompetent and greedy person. Shame. :( 1. When I walked in, I instantly was in the middle of a massive multi-story construction site with all the hammers, drilling etc. you could imagine here. I was told that it’s “only” 9-17h every day. 2. Price I paid for a (nice) room with 2 large beds was €240. So more expensive for the same room at Shangri-La, Fairmount or the Peninsula in Manila. 3. When asking for a pool towel I was informed there is an additional very expensive charge. Higher than the price of a new towel. Breakfast was really sub-par. 4. The big TV in the room is not working. When I asked, they said only Netflix and YouTube would work but were unable to connect even that the Wifi was up. Honestly, I think it never has worked. 5. Any attempts to get ahold of the owner during my stay was unsuccessful. Staff was friendly and embarrassed about the situation but not able to help.

Best stay ever, staff was super friendly and helpful, they assisted with whatever I needed whether it was a tour or transportation. The rooms are beautiful a luxurious with showers, and bathtubs, easy access to the beach, as well and a chic pool. They accommodated my vegan requests at the restaurant especially for breakfast the pancakes were delicious! Very charming felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be back, and recommend this place to friends and family. If ever the power goes out they have a back up generator, and the water is hot for taking showers!

Love the room and the location is decent. Near the market and town proper. As always the people are friendly. I guess I'm addressing my concern to the owner. 1. Beach towel - why is beach towel being for rent? This is a first. You're an upscale resort and beach towel is something you should provide for free. 2. Mini snack and bar inside the room - pls print or publish the cost of each item. I don't think it's too hard. You need to be transparent and want your guests to know. Giving them surprises during check out is not ideal. I may think twice about doing business again.
