Crab linguine was not available, so I opted for gambas pasta. Ordered calamansi daiquiri too, and I’m glad I did because it was the best cocktail I’ve tried on this trip. The pasta was perfect. Sauce was flavorful, shrimps were a little overcooked, but it was ok. There was a hint of spiciness in there and I liked it. Feta cheese pulled all the flavors together. Sunset view was the best, I could stay there the whole evening. Didn’t really like the hummus, it was quite bland and pita bread that came with it was served warm, so plus points for that.

Food: very good, but there is only two small pieces of chick in each chicken souvlaki... The rest is onion or pepper... They put heavy sauce on it and it looked like the whole skewer of chicken but it's actually NOT. feel cheated...
View: There is a great ocean view but too many people in the restaurant... no chance to enjoy that
Service: very good
Price: quite expensive... It's like dining in a restaurant in Taipei city... Traveling to S.E. Asia is no longer cheap...

Cafe Athena is a must visit with panoramic views into the bay and delicious food on the menu. The staff are quick to serve and polite. I've listed 3 times during my 1 week stay in El Nido. Firstly I had the coconut milk pancakes and then the second time I had the French toast. Both pancake and toast were so soft with a side of local honey and fruits.

The view from this restaurant is breathtaking. Just in front of the beach. white sand blue ocean and nice weather are everything that u would ask for. the foods are so so , not so special.

This is the perfect place to enjoy a nice Mediterranean meal while watching the sun set over El Nido’s harbour. There is an upper terrace with tables directly looking over the beach and boats. They had an appetizer which was quite disappointing, not the rich Mediterranean flavours we are used to. Luckily, we ordered the Souvlaki, this restaurants speciality. The Souvlaki made everything well again, it tasted absolutely amazing. It was freshly barbecued and even de vegetables were so flavourful. One of the best meals we’ve had in El Nido. If you visit this restaurant I would advise to keep it simple and order the souvlaki!
