This resort is the best experience for couples, families, and even single travelers. There is every amenity you would wish for in this paradise, and the staff is second to none. You will never go hungry with the myriad of food and drink options. All staff members have a smile and a friendly greeting, and do everything possible to provide a memorable and pleasant experience at every turn.

We have just had the most fabulous 6 nights here. Everything about the place is excellent. It is like a little paradise. I was a bit concerned how it might be if we are essentially locked into an island resort. The food was amazing, always freshly prepared and from an extensive menu from across the world. The staff were always so genuinely helpful and friendly, doing all they can to make your stay perfect. The island boat trips were a must and the snorkeling amazing. All in all a fantastic holiday and a fantastic resort. Thank you.

My experience was overall excellent, I however encountered some incidents / was in situations that I wouldn’t expect from a 5 stars hotel. Before going over the incidents I had , I need to say the amenities of the hotel are excellent, the rooms are beautiful, the island is breathtaking , the staff very friendly and helpful. The food is also delicious with so many options from all over the world. The 1st incident I had happened during my 1st night. We asked the staff to spray insect repellent in our room and terrace before we went to dinner. To my surprise when I came back I see dozens of bugs dead and alive on my bed (!!!) and all over the room. If the staff was properly trained and had clear instructions on how to clean the rooms they would have known to check and clean the room after spraying it. The staff was very quick to respond and clean the room however the fact that such an incident was able to occur makes me question some of their protocols. Other incidents is the staff forgetting about my order on multiple occasions. Waiting 20 minutes for water is not acceptable in a 5 stars hotel. Last but not least, some of the staff clearly struggled with English which made communication very tough. This is also not something you’d not expect from a 5 stars hotel. I hope the hotel takes my feedback into account to improve things. This is not a 5 stars hotel but a very solid 4.5

An incredible experience I will never forget. The place is magical, all the staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the food is amazing. The spa is beautiful and you even see baby sharks swimming below while massaging, thanks to a window in the floor. The stars at night are magical and the private beach & infinity pool are unforgettable.

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 4 nights in March and it was such an amazing experience! You are greeted by the staff the moment you land. A shuttle picks you up and takes you to the speedboat that brings you to the island it takes about 25 mins. The whole time we were just taking it all in. Once we arrived to the island we were overwhelmed by how beautiful and peaceful it was. Its very well kept. We stayed in the beach front villa and it was very spacious, everything felt new and it was so comfortable. You also have a designated cabana right outside your villa that you don't have to share with anyone else which was really nice, we took advantage of that watching the stars at night. We also did their full day island hopping. We visited 7 out of the 45 islands, we snorkeled with the sea turtles and fishes and that was one of our favorite moments. The staff was the best, they are all so helpful, friendly and made our time here even more memorable. Anything you needed they made sure they greeted you with a smile. Also, the spa is a must! we did the after care sun massages and while we were receiving treatment we saw baby sharks and fish floating in the ocean. We cannot wait to go back! Definitely paradise!
