Rally rented us a new Honda scooter. Such a pleasant experience, and Rally himself, a genuine human. Enjoyed the whole bit. Rally even came and picked the scooter up at the hotel at the end of the day and saved us the hassle of walking back. Poor guy forgot my license too, and shot back to grab it, with immediate return! Heck of a gentleman! Thanks Rally, see you next time, good sir!!

Rented a scooter for 4 days at 550 / day. In the middle of the nowhere en route to Nacpan Beach the motor stopped working. Found out that the gas tank was almost empty while the gauge shower that it was full. My wife and me had to look for a store that sells petrol in bottles in order to continue our journey. It took us 20 minutes under 35 degrees until we managed to find one. The owner just blamed Suzuki and at the end, us for the defective bike because his employee Kyle accused us of being in complete knowledge about this. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make sense as neither any damage was written down in the contract nor that the gas tank was almost empty. Besides, why would I put my wife and me at risk at all? I wish there’s more responsibility from the owner as we decided for this provider given the 5 star rating here.

It’s our second time in El Nido and the second time we rented with Rally. He’s a really great guy to work with and we will be back again. The bike we rented was excellent.
