Rocky start, we arranged a airport transfer with the hotel, it was 40 minutes late, we had to call the hotel to chase 3 times. Room was ok, bed was nice, balcony was nice. We did have WiFi but it was very intermittent, dropped out or was very slow 60% of the time. Shower hot water didn't work day one, to their credit they got maintenance to us quickly and we had hot water from then. I will say from reading other reviews I think we got lucky with our room it was far enough from the main roads we heard no noise at all. Gym was a nice surprise, some good weight machines. Pool area was nice with a good view of the bay, although there is a road at the bottom of the area so it can be a little loud. Location is easily 10/10 you're a 5-10 minute walk from everything. It was so nice on an evening walking for dinner but just being on the edge of the busy streets when back at the hotel. Overall a positive experience, would we stay again? Maybe. Price was good for the area and the rooms were nice in our opinion.

I will still give it 5 stars because it was much better than expected. A lot of previous reviews has mentioned poor WIFI but they must have improved this because our room had its own router and we had a really good connection the entire 5 days. We stayed in a triple room, very spacious and view wasnt up to much but we didnt care as its not the reason why we stayed there. 4-5mins walk to town and close to amenities. Pool was lovely but can be busy as should be expected for peak season. Bed was extremely comfy and so were the sheets. Only negative I will mention is the dust and dirt under the bed which we found by accident as we nudged it by accident. Hope this can be improved then should be all good.

What you are actually paying when coming to this hotel is the premium location. As you may see, other dreadful hotels have very high prices regardless. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, you won’t need any taxis to enjoy El Nido. Close to all the tours, restaurants, beach and nightlife. Now the hotel itself it’s absolutely ok, but probably below the standards for the price. Some dated facilities, smelly sewage and stale rooms. The staff are great and helpful. If you can afford it, I would stay here. If not, in other centric hotel. It makes a difference to when the actual El Nido is at your doorstep.

Everything was great except the smell coming from our bathroom which smelled like sewerage. We mentioned this to the hotel staff and they promptly put a diffuser in our room which pretty much solved the problem. If you're reading this: Ask for a diffuser and your stay will be great.

First of all the rooms are very dirty with a lot of moisture ! I don’t even talk about the smell… Moisture are everywhere even in the breakky area, water falls from the aircon in you plate… Pool is very nice but the bar is always close ! You can’t even get a cocktail from it. The airline change the day of my departure and they did not even want to cancel our last night !! 140€ per night is way to much. I’d would have paid 80€ maximum. At least the staff were really nice ! Specially the tiny guy who was running everywhere ! 👌🏻
