Rooms: we stayed in Patio room, it's huge, modern with local aesthetic. I love everything in this room, the ground floor location with direct pool and restaurant access is very convenient. There is also a relaxing outdoor sitting area, and a day bed for lounging. We also booked some balcony rooms for our family members, they loved it too. It's also spacious, with a day bed that can serve as an extra bed. The balcony is also facing the nice full, and it has ample space for 2 persons. Staff: they are all friendly, approachable, and always smiling. I want to thank Ruth, for helping us from the booking stage until the end. Restaurant; we only use the restaurant for breakfast, the service needs to improved. It's very slow, the food servers and kitchen team doesn't seem to be coordinated. Theirs quite few breakfast items that's not available on our 1st day but the server doesn't know, he end up taking our order back and forth since he didn't know exactly whats available and not. It's very inconvenient. The taste of their Filipino breakfast is good, just need to improve the service, and the taste of their coffee. Other than that, we loved our 3 days stay in this resort. Will definitely recommend this place.

It’s a nice hotel, the pool area is really nice and cute. The garden and greenery is very well kept around the pool. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but not a big deal. If you like a firm bed then it’s good… it was a little too firm for my liking but that’s just me! We were in room 21. Had a nice view of the pool off the balcony with some loungers and a table. I would recommend this hotel :)

Our favourite Resort in El Nido! We felt in love straight away with Moringa Resort. We have to say that resorts are very expensive in El Nido compared to other areas and some of them are not worth it. In Moringa we thought it was such a great price for what we got. The staff are so welcoming, the rooms are so beautiful, a little bit of a Bali vibe which we loved. We also got a massage. AND AGAIN, we've been traveling through Asia for 5 months, and this was our favourite massage (well done). We highly recommend it!

It was a last minutes changed from our travel agency due to the availability of the other hotel we choosed but it was an excellent alternative. The customer services is awesome, always greeting us with a smile. We were in a group 26 total and having a group guest can be handful to handled but they did good especially the one at the front desk that was helping us, I failed to get her name but she is super friendly and helpful. I will recommend the hotel based on their awesome customer service, friendliness and cleanliness. I did 4 star in the services because the kitchen/restaurant was understaffed I was surprised that they'd didn't hired extra hands or have a planned knowing that they will have a large group comings in but despite of it they were also have an excellent customer service, it wasn't their fault. Thank you!

The staff are very nice and helpful, I really appreciated them. You can arrange all services with the resort reception: van transfers to anywhere on the island, motorcycle rental, any tour, massages, and more. HOWEVER, you have to pay cash for all the partner services, even if you charge the room and pay at the end, still has to be cash. Only the resort’s food can be paid by credit card. The food was delicious and room service was great, but be warned that some menu items are not available if the ingredients are not available in the market. That part was a bit annoying. Regarding the room, wifi is terrible. The shower and tap water have a strong smell of iron. The good news is that the room is very clean and comfortable, with all amenities provided. The mini bar in the room was fully stocked with lots of good drinks and snacks, and good prices. Overall a good experience but unless the wifi and water are improved, I probably would only come back if there was no better option available. If you need a van transfer from Puerto Princesa or the El Nido airport, contact the resort in advance. There is no direct beach access, but the sister hotel next door (Coco) has direct beach access.
