The service we received here was just INCREDIBLE! We were literally hours trying to sort a gmail issue with Trina. She had so much patience, was super helpful and so pleasant to deal with throughout. All the while she was dealing with many other customers who came into the shop. A truly SUPER service. All staff were helpful and nice, but we owe Trina a very special shout out and THANK YOU!

Great customer service. We were helped by Ping in getting the correct SD card for our Insta360. She ensured everything was working and guaranteed we could come back for a replacement if things didn’t work properly.
I went here to charge my phone , but after charging I noticed my power button was softer and the stickers on the screw drivers was peeled off so I checked and saw that my model number started with letter N which means it was been replaced with another thing. They told me they never had any experience like this but after checking the reviews on google there were some people who complained about stolen parts on their phone. So i told them they were not honest and suddenly the girl became hysterical saying non sense things about her growing up being a princess and now she is a billionaire so she will never do such things. They said they have cctv all over their place even there home , but the place where they put my phone there were no camera. I went to the police to file a complaint because the woman there shouted at me to just go to the police and complain she will even go with me . When we were on the way there she became hysterical and just keeps on shouting. Very unprofessional people AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE , but if you have no choice make sure to take pictures of your phones before leaving it. Update, I just noticed again that my phone screen now is loose so now I’m 100% sure that they opened it and changed something.
They did professional job! My phone was suddenly dead due to water damage. I was finding around phone repair shops around 7:30pm. I think this phone shop is only one shop that is opened until 10pm around city. They fixed my phone perfectly in just 2hours😭 Staffs are so sweet, kind, lovely and super professional. They saved my phone with El nido memories!!! I 100% recommend this shop for any phone problems. Thank you so much!!!!!
