This place!!! What can I say other than an amazing experience. The location is a 10 min walk to Town Square, so water and other necessities are cheaper than in town. The view is amazing, the room was perfect and the wifi connection is good. But the best thing here was the owners and staff. Breakfast was very good to start the day, Staff is very attentive and friendly -- There is a security guard at night, so the place is secure. The service went far above expectations and beyond. My credit cards fell out of my wallet on an island hopping tour and the owners not only posted a facebook post and it was returned within a day, but also offered to help me out with cash so I wasn't stuck for the remainder of the trip. If I could give this 10 stars I would and I cannot wait to return in a few months! Thank You again for an unforgettable experience
Truly off the beaten path. The walk or ride whichever you take the area is ery dark. Even the walk to the hotel is down a dark walking path. As for the hotel, the room was nice for the most part. The hotel staff were very friendly but slow. The hotel itself needs to have some serious maintenance done to it. The owner is a very nice and caring man though. Would consider staying here again only if everything else was booked.
The owner is very friendly and supportive. You get breakfast with customisation available as well. The owner allowed us to use the kitchen too. The location of the resort is excellent..you can see the beautiful sunset .. unbeatable view ❤️
The location of this hotel is right at the beach. Be ready for very good views espcially at the sunset time. The food served here is great and since we were travelling with people having vegeterian diets, the host was kind to accomodate for it. The location of this beach is actually on the Kalawn beach. You need to travel by a three-wheeler (tok-tok) from the El Nido terminal to reach this hotel. If you are up for it, the walk to the Terminal is also not long and very scenic.
The real Gem about this Hotel is the stunning view (personally, I think the best Sunset view in all El Nido) along with the pool which makes it one of these Special places, for us at least. If you like buzz and Party, I would recommend a Hotel in town, if you like it more quiet and relaxed, I would recommend this place. The staff is very friendly, as well as the owner and his wife. As we are travelling with three kids, we all felt welcomed from day 1. The Hotel Restaurant is Open all day. We had breakfeast included (recommend the pancackes with honey :)) and ate Dinner here every two nights (Philipine Food and Pizza - which was surprisingly very Good). The beach in front of the Hotel is clean, the Kids collected shells every morning. Watch out, it is a coral beach, not suited for Swimming. To get into town you Walk about 10 Minutes, with kids 20 ;) (or take a hotel tuk tuk). Along the way you still find local groceries and Shops and some Boutiques are opening Up, cheaper than in town. Overall everything is More local and Not styled up to the max. like many areas in El Nido. More quiet, More Local, more family like, which we enjoy when we travel. At last to say, we booked a boat tour via the hotel, it was great, also added some pictures to the comment.
