So grateful my husband found this beautiful resort. It is one of my top two favourite trips I’ve ever been on. Even the boat ride to the resort is breathtaking. The resort itself is small and well kept. The rooms are super private. The wildlife is absolutely crazy there. From the monkeys that visit your room to the giant lizards wandering the sand. It’s such a cool experience. If you go, be sure to enjoy the free excursions and take the guided hike. They’re all unforgettable. Don’t forget to enjoy a day at the resort while all the others are out at activities. It feels so nice to have the entire island to yourself. :) The welcome and good bye are so memorable. The entire team come out to greet you and wave. I can’t wait to be back!

A beautiful and breathtaking hidden-gem. This resort is only accessible by a boat transfer from the main island in Lio estate, so it's a bit of a trek to get here. There was only perhaps 5-6 other groups there and you rarely saw the other guests except at meal times so it felt like we had essentially a private island all to ourselves. The beach and waters were so clean and kept. It's a bit tough to walk on the beach though as there were tons of rocks and coral pieces; but that's just because right off the beach there is an incredibly vast and robust reef that was healthy and full of life. Truly a must see. The island also faces South/East with magical views of the sunsets. The villas were all very well equipped and felt luxurious. The entire resort was designed tastefully and you really felt like they prioritised nature in the surroundings. From arrival to departure, the staff were so amazingly attentive and lovely. 10/10 would definitely come back again.

1 word to describe this hotel: Spectacular. The hotel is located on the beautiful island of Pangalusian. The island has very rich fauna and flora where you will be spotting monkeys , tropical birds , giant lizards. The hotel also has a very beautiful coral reef and very clear water which is perfect for snorkeling and diving. The service is excellent. The staff is extremely well trained, helpful and friendly. They will make sure you have a very relaxing and pleasant stay. They have a wide variety of of activities ranging from water activities such as diving and snorkeling to island hopping tours so you discover the region surrounding the hotel and neighboring islands. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything you’d expect from a very good 5* hotel. Last but not least, this hotel has for mission to preserve the fauna and flora that is endemic to Palawan. They mainly aim to protect sea turtles which is an endangered species. They do so by putting the eggs in a nest away from predators and releasing the baby sea turtles once they hatch. I was lucky to witness the release of 2 sea turtles during my stay. Massive shoutout to El Nido Resort team. Thank you for the great experience. Keep up the good work!

Spectacular and oppulent. We are not even done here as of this review. Everyone are corteuos and happy to serve. A must for those who look for exclusivity, elegance and outstanding service. The food are great and will cater to your taste and desires. We love this place. ❤️🙂

I can't say enough about this resort. Amazing staff, stunning island, and villas. We had a beach villa, beautifully appointed with everything you needed on hand. Meals during our stay were always cooked to perfection. Breakfast was always plentiful and accommodating. We have left the island as of now.. However, with 5 days left up in the air towards the end of our month holiday here in the Philippines, we are considering going back to this resort!!
