My wife and I (and the rest of our group for the weekend) had an awesome time! Denis is a great instructor who is very knowledgeable and also a great teacher. His practical demonstrations and training, as well as the informative theory sessions helped us to really improve our diving! I went from an amateur who was proud of 6m dives to being able to dive 17m confidently (and we only really stopped at 17 because that's where the bottom was) Highly recommended!

I was with Florence when we were both in Palawan Freediving and I knew how good he was as an instructor. He was so patient and focused on teaching. He was also a good motivator. I believe that with his guidance and direction, all the other instructors and staff in Freediving Dimension are as good and as professional as he is. I highly recommend Freediving Dimension both for beginners and experienced divers. We win as one 👌👌😊

Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn with no prior experience! Extremely knowledgeable staff with a very thorough, fun training course in a beautiful setting. I just completed a two-day beginner course (AIDA 2) and absolutely loved it. From the relaxed theory work under their bamboo hut, to breathing exercises in the pool and dives out near a private beach... the whole experience was great. Adam, my instructor, made me feel really comfortable throughout the course and was extremely clear and concise with everything. He encouraged and coached me way past what I thought were my "limits" and that's a great feeling. If you've freedived before/are already qualified, they also do "fun dives" which I guess would be great here as there are apparently big drop offs and coral walls to explore. Will definitely dive with these guys again if I get the chance.

Had a great experience with Dennis at Freediving Dimension. He’s well informed and will ensure you have the proper technique and knowledge before you finish the course. I like that there was a small group because the instructor has more time to focus on each individual. Thanks Dennis and Freediving Dimension!
