Beware of this hotel. Having spent a month here this has been the most horrendous stay yet. Staff are extremely unfriendly, which is vet surprising seeing as virtually any other place we've stayed at, reception has been great. They're constantly on the phone and when you ask for help, they say wait and just walk away without explaining what they are doing or giving you an update about the situation. Wifi never works, neither does the hot water. Sometimes there is no water at all. Overall, horrible stay. For the price we paid there are MUCH better options in town.
We were supposed to stay for 4 nights in this hotel but when the staff showed us the rooms we were very disappointed. The fan is rusty and noisy, smelly toilets near the reception and dirty rooms. We saw some ants, termites and mosquitoes in our rooms. It is disorganized and noisy place. Staff doesnt know what they are doing. After 2 hours in this hotel we immediately move to another neighboring hotel as we know for sure that we were not comfortable to sleep in the dirty and noisy area.
Its just okay..the breakfast is good because they make fresh pancakes and eggs. But I had a room in island front 2 which is definitely not in front of the sea, you have to cross the street. Plus, the staff is not friendly And too much expensive for what I got for.
The place is right in front of the beach, every room has a different style and are quite authentic... However it isn t as clean as i was excepting. The stuff at the hotel is welcoming but a little bit disorganised and the food at the restaurant isn t too good either.
Great experience, friendly staff. Situated on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of El Nido but still on a 5-7 min bike ride into town. The view was excellent and breakfast delicious.
