Our family of four loved our stay at Karuna. You cannot beat the views. We stayed in Joglo 5, and loved waking up to a sensational view each morning. There was plenty of space in the room, with our two kids set up in separate bedding, which was really ideal (they don’t like sharing). Each morning we had breakfast overlooking the infinity pool and amazing scenery. We found the food and drinks reasonable - the two for one cocktails during happy hour went down well. The staff were lovely and friendly. While Karuna is set up high and the road isn’t particularly safe to walk up with kids, we never had any issue as there were free shuttles to and from the accommodation, and we never had to wait very long. This place will have a special place in our memories.

A wonderful luxury hotel with great staff. Facilities were clean and the rooms were very unique in their Indonesian inspiration. Air conditioning was strong in the rooms. They also provide shuttles to El Nido town in clean comfortable cars which was great. Using WhatsApp to communicate with staff was also good, with replies lightning quick. Only problem is that that parts of it is still under construction so noise can be a problem and to enter the property (and rooms) there were very steep hills so almost impossible to walk without difficulty (there were times we asked the in-house drivers to just drop us off in the entrance). Thoroughly recommend and the quality/experience is only going to go up when they are fully built.

We are currently in the glass house.... it's amazing! The best views in El Nido and the house itself are super nice. It's definitely the nicest place we've stayed in the past 3 weeks. They even have a free shuttle (nice trike) to city center El Nido. The views from the restaurant/infinity pool are unbelievable as well. Prior to this, we've been staying beach front. And that's cool. But the breeze and views here are so worth it here.

Generally a great experience, nice location, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and have beautiful view. Minus a star for the food, it was rather low quality for a 4 star hotel. The apartment suite has a gorgeous view but is noisy at night due to the live music from the beach bars. The other villas should not have this issue. The hotel is also situated on a very steep hill, you can walk up but it is very tiring, as such they offer free shuttle service to and from surrounding areas.

We had an amazing time staying at Karuna. The service was spectacular, the food was good, and we had an amazing view from our villa. We loved our villa with our own private pool. They handled our late checkin and early checkout nicely. They provided complementary transportation to and from El Nido town which made getting around easy. They were also easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. Highly recommend!
