On arriving at lio villas we were very impressed with how beautiful it is, the restaurant area is open, the bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous and clean. The restaurant had limited options, especially for vegetarians which I suggest they might improve on. It cost 300 for a trike to get to the centre of town which is quite expensive, 15 min drive. They did also charge 70 for proper milk with coffee in the morning which we thought was a bit steep. For such a high priced stay maybe proper coffee could be included with breakfast and not sachets. We were staying 1 month in the Philippines and all other hotels around the same price range served proper coffee with breakfast. Ms Faye on reception was wonderful, she helped return jewellery that we forgot at the resort. We had got the ferry to coron and the same day that we got in touch to say we had left the items behind she was at the ferry office to get them sent on the next crossing. I received my items the very next day! What a wonderful help, she was a dream come true, thank you !
The AC in the room was not cold enough, not working well. There’s no hot water in the mornings to take a shower. We booked a king-size bed and got 2 individual beds. Also, the matress were too firm. The location is 15min to El Nido Downtown by vehicle. They charged us for bottle of waters and also for drinks that they first said “were included”. The food was not good enough.
Very friendly and accommodating staff, they look after the guests ❤️❤️❤️room size is good and clean❤️❤️❤️will definitely be back again❤️
I arrived at 2 pm the staff don’t even know there is a check in AC not cooling in the room , bathroom smells horrible and moldy , construction work in 1 room making noise , internet not working and they don’t know when it will fix , when I requested for a refund as I checked out I got a rude response refusing it , lying about the internet being back , i hope they are happy stealing my money but for sure our travel agency will inform all their clients to NOT GO !
The villas is located in a very quiet place, basically didn't hear any humming at night, and slept well. The staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of guidance especially when they knew I was traveling alone. The hotel is well equipped, and you can ask for a hair dryer at the front desk. If you are a person who needs a quiet space, it is very suitable for a small residence here.
