The villas is located in a very quiet place, basically didn't hear any humming at night, and slept well.
The staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of guidance especially when they knew I was traveling alone.
The hotel is well equipped, and you can ask for a hair dryer at the front desk.
If you are a person who needs a quiet space, it is very suitable for a small residence here.

This place is about 6 kms from the El Nido city centre so it's quite private. It costs 300Php one way via tricycle ride to get to the city centre. Customer service was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They were very responsive to our requests. The resort looked nice with the tropical, green garden foliage and use of bamboo or wood. Very provincial aesthetics. They had a good internet connection.
There were just some concerns, like our room had a broken lock upon check-in, and air-conditioning was also broken in the second room. TV included in the room wasn't working. Food choices in their in-house restaurant were limited.

The main pro's of this resort are that it's a family run business, with accommodating staff. The resort grounds are relaxing thanks to the beautiful garden, a quiet atmosphere, and also a pool. The rooms are clean & comfortable, and are presented with an authentic appearance with the use of interior bamboo etc. There is also a restaurant+bar area at the front entry which provides a nice place to wind down and grab food
Unfortunately the resort's location is quite inconvenient. It's a 13 min drive to the main town (Barangay), which costed me P300 one way. Note: The resort does offer scooter hire at P800 for 24 hrs.
The room I stayed in came with minor maintenance issues already present upon checking in. These were fixed by the staff, but it set a bad first impression. The TV in the room was old and had no signal, and the remote had dead batteries. The hot water and shower water pressure was weak at times, but worked for the most part. It felt like the rooms amenities are not properly checked before guests check-in.
An "okay" resort overall. It's a good fit if you want a quiet locale, want to support a family business, and don't mind travel time to get to the towns.

We stayed at the resort for 8 nights. When we arrived and wanted to take a shower, there was no water running out at all. We've let them know and they told us they were going to fix it. When we returned they told us it was fixed, but it wasn't. Weird. We got another room, the shower worked but there were a lot of bugs. Staff was friendly but overall for this price, we expect a working shower and a clean room.
We had a flat tire with the scooter twice, and they fixed it without a problem which was very nice.
The tour and scooter you can book at the hotel is more expensive then the ones you can find in the centre.

The door somehow managed to lock us in late at night, we could not get help / get the door open till 7hs later in the morning. Trapped in our own "villa"
I was planning to stay a few nights, stayed one night, it was 10.05 am (5 mins past complimentary breakfast)... never anywhere I have visited the supervisor suggested he will charge because we were 5 mins late
