name of place is a misnomer, highway robbery on their rates. go to LIO SEDA, they have much better facilities at lower rates! LIO VILLAS is a ripoff

Big family stay with Lio Villas for 5 days using 3 rooms. 04/Feb to 09/Feb. 100% true comments of 7 people. Our grade is out of 10 points. 1.Room condition - 8 2.Bathroom - 6 (hot water is not stable+ water pressure is not good enough) 3.cleanliness- 8 4.Swimming pool condition - 6 5.ABF - 8 6.Chef's lunch + dinner - 9.5 7.the driver - 10 8.bartender-9 9. Housekeeper-9 10.Night guard- 9 11.bell boys - 9 10.receptionist-1 My 7 pax companions say if we go go El Nido again we want to go to Lio Vills again but we will not go there never ever again. Because the receptionist make us our feeling very bad,angry,disappoint,regret. She or he... Maybe he... He make our beautiful vacation awful. He has no sense of being working as receptionist. We think he does not like to work at Lio villas Anyway my family not recommend at all Lio villas because of the receptionist. He gave us very bad memories about Lio Villas. (He or she talks very rude,unkind,the price of taxi changes everytime, He acts his the owner and his words are all rule of Lio villas. It's all up her mood of day ) So if you are looking for hotel near Lio beach. Try other hotel. (Owner,manager,chef,driver,bartender,housekeeper, bellboy,guard they were best but I will not recommend Lio villas because of receptionist)

We were at Lio villas Jan 15 to 18,2020.i did the reservation a year ago and paid 50% for said reservation. Since I booked 7 rooms (the entire resort had only 9 rms) I was given a free shuttle service from Puerto Princesa Airport to the resort. This agreement was stated in the contract sent to me thru email also stating free breakfast. The day came and I called Lio to remind them of our pick up from the airport only to be informed that it was not part of our agreement. I emailed them back the contract they sent me but still refuses to honor it. I'm filing a case against Lio. Aside from not honoring a contract/agreement, the service is as bad as their word. The resort was fully booked yet no preparations whatsoever as most of their menu was not available. Even just for a mere request for ice for our drinks took longer than necessary as they had to buy ice somewhere and the same goes for request for condiments. The aircon wasn't working well in our room. The road leading to the resort was rough and bumpy. They did not have a shuttle to transport guests around as the resort was out of the way. Service was poor. They only had 1 waiter in the restaurant who doubles as the bell boy. I wouldn't recommend this resort
