The staff were exemplary. They provide good customer service beyond what they can provide. It was raining heavily during our trip, they provided us with umbrellas, and when we need to check out we don't have to ask for help, they automatically extend their help. The price is a bit outrageous for comfort, but don't forget it's still CAMPING but glamorous and instagrammable. Sadly, you cannot rest or take a nap inside the tent during mid day because it is SCORCHING hot. Well anyway, I have no complaints, it was a happy experience, everything is clean, (more improvements for the shared toilet though). Be prepared for the bumpy ride because the road towards the vicinity is not yet paved! as of April 2022... so there! Cheers!
The place is beautiful. He gave us many beautiful moments (the release of turtles, campfires and marshmallows). Very good body massage. The staff is professional. The air conditioning does not work all day.
Our overall experience at Nacpan Beach Glamping was perfect. The tent was amazing and the food at the restaurant, sunmai was appetizing. Also, special thanks to Daniel from front desk. He went above and beyond in helping us with what we need. And to all the staff who are very accomodading, thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
The food and the staff are great! The music in the resto all the way to the beach is one that i really love. Nice background edms , modern and the sound quality is really good. The volume is just ryt. Classy music. Very appropriate when staring on a great view.
Note: we stayed in the one & only airbnb which is owned by the Nacpan Glamping, however due the review that my partner posted there not being displayed yet, I have decided to come here and share our experience there. Reading the previous reviews I had to double check I was in the right place. Whilst the sunset on the beach was great, the negatives of this stay for me far outweighed any positives. The place itself is nice enough and does reflect the listing however it’s clearly beginning to show signs of wear and a lack of cleanliness was evident (all surfaces barely dusted, cobwebs, equipment and leftovers from previous stays strewn on top of or within cupboards. Communication: Host communication prior to and during the stay was beyond poor. No response from AirBnB hosts either on the app or extremely delayed/if at all on WhatsApp. Failing to inform us of the fact that the ATM was out of service and, in order to pay at the Sun Mai restaurant you need cash. PayPal was offered but this was an unworkable solution given the fees. The icing on the cake was not being informed of a turtle release prior to it happening, asides from a knock on our door which was impossible to hear given the loudness of the music from the restaurant at 3pm. Transport: If you choose to head here or the co-located glamping area for which this place co-owns. Be aware that if you require to return to El Nido (which you will for all tours) this place will charge you an increased rate (1000Php for a tricycle 1 way/1800Php for a van 1 way) both of these prices are in excess of what you can barter for if you have the chance in El Nido town. I suggest you make a contact either at the airport or in town and arrange a pick up. Sunmai Restaurant: Co-owned by this place. Food is decent and staff are very friendly. However, blasting music (“DJ” playing music to a restaurant of no more than 8 people eating) at excessive sound is unacceptable given the fact that (1) it’s a restaurant not a beach club (2) it’s completely against what this place thinks it stands for - pro environment (3) breaks up any idea of having a peaceful day/listening to the waves. Overall: I would avoid this place in its current form. It’s clear that the hosts either don’t care or care more about the glamping aspect of this business. Unfortunately until the is a challenge to the monopoly (more alternatives) I doubt it’ll change…. Go for a day.
