The beach is nice and the glamping tents are comfortable, but we were pretty underwhelmed with the customer service at the restaurant /bar. Maybe it's because our expectations were skewed after having just stayed at another resort close by where the staff was extremely friendly/engaged and made us feel at home. That wasn't the case at all here. I'm not sure there is a whole lot to do here unless you just enjoy sitting by the beach and drinking. Other than that, the activities are pretty limited

The staff were exemplary. They provide good customer service beyond what they can provide. It was raining heavily during our trip, they provided us with umbrellas, and when we need to check out we don't have to ask for help, they automatically extend their help. The price is a bit outrageous for comfort, but don't forget it's still CAMPING but glamorous and instagrammable. Sadly, you cannot rest or take a nap inside the tent during mid day because it is SCORCHING hot. Well anyway, I have no complaints, it was a happy experience, everything is clean, (more improvements for the shared toilet though). Be prepared for the bumpy ride because the road towards the vicinity is not yet paved! as of April 2022... so there! Cheers!

The place is beautiful. He gave us many beautiful moments (the release of turtles, campfires and marshmallows). Very good body massage. The staff is professional. The air conditioning does not work all day.

We came to the place, the tent didn’t were ready yet so we just put our bags there and went to the beach, we’ve been there from 2pm-10pm because we want to see the sunset. We came to the tent at night, the whole mesh was open, all of the tent were with tons of bags and mosquitos- so we take outside the carpet and the other stuff in the tent to clean the tent, and then get it all back. In the morning when we came to do check-out the owners started to yelling at us (two 22 yo girls) in front of the whole beach(!!!) to come after him to the tent or ells he calling to the police. We came after him, and after us came almost all the people how’s been there. He start yelling at me that he will put me in jail, and there was a hurricane inside of the tent, and I told him what happened at night and we didn’t damaged nothing just get it all out and bring it in not at the same order that we got the room. He kept yelling at us when we told him about when happened. He almost hit us. We would never damaged things that aren’t ours, we are traveling in the Philippines for almost 2 months and that the first time someone treating is in such disrespectful way and degrading us in public. I’m not recommending on this place at all!!! More than that, he canceled our reservation on booking, that we will not write an honest review.

Nice large tents in a lovely garden setting with a nice pool. Right at the clean beach, with 4.2 km length ideal for a morning run. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the massage. However, there are some aspects you should consider before booking. And to be honest, you are only informed about them after having booked with a no-cancellation policy, which is no good business practice in our opinion: You will have to share the (nice) bathroom with 2-4 other tents. In the tent WiFi is very instable / hardly available. They also switch off the aircon during daytime because it can’t deal with the heat of the day. The place is very remote, so going to island hopping tours or dive spots cost you time and money (like 70$ for a round trip to El Nido). You also hardly have dinner alternatives - which doesn’t matter if you are a pizza fan, because they have a lovely pizza oven. But we haven’t found any fresh fish, for example. Also veggie options obviously mostly consist of deep frozen vegetable heated in the microwave.
