First of all, It is a 4-5 star place, not 3. I compare to Marriott and Hilton in EU/US, and RC Villas and Resorts are lowering you expectations. Don't miss them because of "4-star+" filter! * Owners care about quality and your comfort. In every aspect. * Cleaning is perfect! * Villa is not big but great layout. * Chef provides high quality every time. Prices are fair * You can get El Nido boat tours in 20mins. 4 wheels airport transfer is possible. * Great view
If you're like me, you're probably suspicious of a little resort like this with such great prices and such great reviews. After staying here for 4 nights, I can safely say I understand why it has so many great reviews. Anyone who stays here will want to sing its praises and let others know that this is absolutely the place to stay in El Nido. My wife and I reserved a king suite at the top of the hill with fantastic views of both the bay and the surrounding mountains and hillside. Each unit is stand-alone, so you have a lot of privacy and it feels more like you are staying in an Airbnb home, but with the amenities and staff of a hotel. Even though it was the rainy season, we both enjoyed just hanging out on the well-sheltered balcony and soaking in the views when the weather wasn't favorable. They also had good WiFi and we were able to watch movies and YouTube on their Roku TV and get work done without concern about the cell reception. Just above our suite was a nice little restaurant connected to the resort and a pool with even better views of the surrounding area. So even if you never leave the resort, you can relax and get everything you need. As many others have noted, they have a tricycle that will take you from the road up to reception, or from reception all the way to Vanilla beach for free, and they are super diligent about making that happen. We never had to wait long and the two tricycle guys we met during our stay were both wonderfully sweet, helpful, and cheerful. For those with concerns about water, they provide 2 500ml bottles for your room each day that you stay, and they have a 5 gallon dispenser for additional drinking water available at reception. Water pressure in our room was good and they have warm water. Not as hot as you might be used to in the West, but plenty warm enough for us. Transportation to town and the beaches was easy and inexpensive, so if you're worried about being too far away, I don't think you need to be. It was really overall a great experience and I'm so glad that we booked this resort. As I started with, this is the place to stay in El Nido and I don't think we will be looking for anywhere else when we return to the area.
A fantastic place to stay. Great rooms with an incredible view of the beach/ hills. What really sets this place apart is the super helpful & accomodating staff who went above and beyond expectations to ensure we had a pleasant stay (including an excellent complementary breakfast, first aid and transport to Vanilla Beach). Would definitely stay here again
Incredibly accommodating staff and private one room “villas”. The pool and ding areas have nice views. Breakfast is varied and decent including lots of fruit. There is a bigger motorbike/trycicle that can take you up to the rooms and free transfer to vanilla beach area at anytime of day.
It was amazing here. A bit far from the city but there is a tricycle in the hotel who brings you to vanilla beach where you can get a tricycle to whereever you want. You dont even feel you have a distance from the city. Opposite of it! it is actualy good and quiet. The staff is amazing they are there 24/7. The owner is a dutch men to which was fun to talk with in the evenings. He even helped with a special request about geckos . I told him my wife was scared of them coming inside so he did put special stuf inside so they stayed outside, and it worked THANK YOU! And a special thanks to Denib from the reception she is amazing, ask her anything you want and need she will fix it for you in no time. thank you Denib and the whole team looking forward to come again. ☺️
