The location is amazing. Right in the center of all the action and 5 minute walk to where the tours start. But the rooms are quite small we stayed on the ground floor and there was no windows, there was like a fake balcony but fully covered like an aquarium so there was absolutely no fresh air in the room which made it very difficult. Just something to keep in my mind, i wouldn't recommend staying in one of the rooms on the ground floor. Breakfast was good, delivered to your room at the time of your choice and from a selection of a few standard choices.
The service here was amazing. The reception stayed till past operating hours to assist us with the check in due to a delay with our transport. Location was good as it was walking distance to a lot of eateries, tour services and the beach. However it was near the party scene which can be a little noisy. The room was cute but if your room is on the second floor, the steps are pretty steep. Thankfully the guard helped with our bags. There are also 2 cockroach pets residing at the first floor.
We are not impressed when we got off the transport, wonder where is the reception. You need to walk between a small lane between an eatery and a gift shop to get to the reception. We are greeting with a warm welcome from the staffs. Once we go into our room, you get an immediate feeling of comfort. The room is spacious with a king size bed, an outdoor shower area and a bathtub. The location is right in the center of everything. Breakfast are included, they have flexible time to serve breakfast as they are away that many guests go out for diving or tours during the day.
Nice hotel, I really liked the rooms and the shower. Its a great place but it does not have a view. Its good if you want to be in the middle of El Nido city.
Great location, clean rooms, and excellent service. The breakfast included each morning was delicious. They offer a menu and you choose the day before what you would like the following morning. They bring it to your room at the time you request. The AC worked very well. Just note- the hotel is close to the main strip, and we were able to hear music / noise into the night. It quieted down when everything closed around 2am. Would still stay here again, just wanted to let others know.
