Best place if you want to get a delicious meal and also some yoga. The people there were amazing, they had even 2 lovely dogs that are greeting every person that comes in, especially the little one. I highly recommend you the salmon sandwich and the croissant one. Get there because you want regret it.

Heaven on El Nido! We came for Slow Flow Yoga and absolutely loved Beks class energy and the yoga space/ view/ breeze. Such a beautiful peaceful yoga studio. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch here as well - the chicken rice bowl and veggie sandwich were the best meal we had during our five nights in El Nido. Beyond highly recommend this little slice of heaven in the beautiful area that is Lio Beach (:

Wow what a pleasant surprise. Probably the best cooked meal in terms of technique I had in 2 weeks in PH. The trevally fish was expertly cooked and plated with a nice mix of veggies and edible flowers. High level cooking in all ways and completely unexpected in a yoga studio. Don’t let that fool you, the chef is brilliant.

Blink, and you'll miss it. This is a cafe + yoga studio. I wish we had found this cute place sooner, not in our last 30 minutes of our trip in El Nido. Peaceful, gorgeous views, and we had a delightful cold pressed juice and the catch of the day, which was honestly one of the best meals I've had. It was so fresh, cooked perfectly, and the flavours were divine. They accommodated my dietary requirements by suggesting the catch of the day as a gluten-free option. Suggestion: Add a sign + menu outside as I bet most people wouldn't know you serve food here and add gluten-free symbols and items to your menu.
